NECA 1/4th Scale Joker Review
|
Good review. I share your appreciation for the sensitivity to texture, tone and colour. The most important thing for me is that it LOOKS like the guy it's supposed to represent, screen-accurate, and NECA is getting pretty good at that while recognizing the need to hold the line on price. That is definitely Heath Ledger as The Joker. Well done, NECA.
That's a folding stock on the back of the Joker's Smith & Wesson M76. The finish can be quite dull, resembling grey rather than black depending on the light and the last time it was cleaned. I like how Joker's coat just hangs down. Some sculptors impose a highly subjective and arbitrary 'windblown effect' on molded capes and outerwear, which can be annoying for collectors like me who prefer a dignified standing position most of the time. Good review. Rgds |
