Dr. Mindbender is probably one of the best remembered characters from the GI Joe Sunbow cartoon. Yes, much has been said about his look but I feel if he just wore a white coat and suit, Mindbender probably wouldn't be as remembered. This is a must have to go with your Terrordrome, where most of Mindbender's adventures happened.
