well you are looking at a lot of scratchbuilding here, well the pants are cloth, the thinner the material the better, the chest arc reactor harness is mainly craft foam coated with super glue to harden it up,then i took a heated up pin and etched in the details (got to watch the temp or the foam will just disappear up in smoke) the reactor itself was the cap off of a superglue bottle and a tiny piece of semi clear plastic off of my gas mask, the metal arm/exosuity stuff was twist ties that i reshaped and flattened out, the back pack was made out of scrap parts.
