Hot Toys at NYCC 2015
 

Was this all they had for Hot Toys or will there be more today/tomorrow?

That's it. Don't expect anything else new from NYCC other than possible panel reveals for those that have them (not many).

NYCC is an afterthought to most companies, a begrudging obligation. Every year, it's basically that companies SDCC display (or less) with maybe a couple of new items.

Why such a big hype then? I guess I have to wait until Toy Fair for new news.

Because it's NY. The comic-con group has been trying to hype NYCC up to be on par with SDCC. Companies just aren't buying it. So we go up, see each company that's there may have 1-2 new pieces and then head home.

Now some companies have timing with new licenses so they come off better (see Mega Bloks). But many companies didn't even bother. No MattyCollector, no NECA, no real Hot Toys.
