Old Car?

I cant seem to find anything like it online, im curious if anyone might know what exactly this one is? Only ID marks on it are "Hong Kong" and either a lowercase "a" or could be a weird looking 6 or 9 on the inside.

Yea at this point (ive been looking more) it looks similar to a old Matchbox car. It looks identical to a 32 Jaguar E-type but all the e-types i find are drastically different and most are red. The blue ones i do find appear a bit newer and have much different under section and wheels. Ive yet to find any car with these style wheels which are solid black plastic and very thin with small metal washers it seems (though they are a bit rusted).

IIRC that was made by Tootsietoy in the 1960s. It looks like one I had in purple when I was a kid.
