How to display toys

How do I stick toys to my wall without damaging the packaging? I have some 30+ TMNT toys in the original packaging and would love to display them but I have no idea how to do this. I can’t find an answer anywhere. Google is totally useless. Thanks

You have no idea?.. Did you look at the photo you posted? They're held up using thumb tacks.

I don't believe I understand your question either. If you're concerned about thumbtacks damaging your card backing, you might consider plastic reinforcements like these, which are a common item at retail merchandise supply stores.

If you don't want to put holes in your wall, you could pick up some adhesive 3M "Command" hooks available at any hardware store, but the cost for a large quantity of those might be prohibitive. Thumbtacks or small brass picture-hanging hooks with finishing nails strike me as more economical and sensible. Best of all is plain ol' plastic thumbtacks.

If I had a large collection, I would be inclined to confine the display to a limited area with minimal traffic so as to reduce the chance of anything being knocked off the wall, and rotate the displayed items whenever it suits me.

Beware of sunlight! Even a small amount of indirect sunlight can fade color and turn plastic brittle over time.

Addendum: Fellow Ark members who enjoy taking small collectibles out of their package and displaying them on shelves might enjoy these gadgets. I'm having fun with them. They're solar, but most also take AAA batteries. Some styles lack lights; I like the lights. They rotate very slowly and hardly make any noise. Be very careful posing figures with fragile parts, of course.

Check around for best pricing when you find a style you like:

Solar Display Turntables (Ebay)

Solar Display Turntables (Aliexpress)

Solar Display Turntables (Amazon)

...This kind is my favorite, in black. :D
