Mezco Teases San Diego Comic-Con 2016 Exclusives

Living Dead Doll, Armored Batman, Marvel NOW Captain America, Suicide Squad Mez-itz, Mega Scale Tygra, and plush Snarf. I'll be getting three of those six! :D

I would be quite surprised if Armored Batman is ONLY an SDCC exclusive, unavailable elsewhere -- unless this version is some kind of special variant, like the Black Armor version announced by Hot Toys a few weeks ago...?

They've said that all their summer exclusives will be available for order on their website on June 8th. No details yet as to whether this is the only armored Batman release or if there will be a regular release also. With how they've been doing exclusives, I'd be surprised as well if he was a summer exclusive only, but even if he is, it won't be as bad as most SDCC exclusives since Mezco will be selling them directly from their own site.

...so it looks like Mezco doesn't want my money and would prefer me to go with Mafex instead. Right now the only things holding me to Mezco are the better Superman face sculpt and the upcoming Batmobile

They should've gone all in on Cap and not reused the gloves and boots from the modern version.

He looks fabulous. Great classic Cap. I fear I'm going to need all 3. I can skip the Daredevil variants, but not these. This and the Previews exclusive Agent Steve... loving it! Way to go, Mezco!

Like how they did the armor on classic capt. Not completely sure if I'm sold on getting any version though.

They will all be available on Mezcotoys.com Wednesday morning around 9AM EST. No price has been given, but yeah... real metal used in the armor, metal spear, light-up eyes... he won't be cheap for sure. I'll guess $125, but that's purely my imagination. I'd be okay with that price for all he is and comes with.

$110 for Armored Batman seems like a steal, but $110 for Cap too? He's deluxe because he... comes in a tin instead of a box? Not worth the $30 extra to me, but I can't wait for Armored Batman to get here! Such an awesome looking figure.

That Cap & Bats are tempting....

It's pretty shitty that they don't combine shipping on the exclusives.

FYI, they are saying that there is no other classic Cap planned, so if you want that version, this is your only shot.

I like it, but since they've decided to snub their noses at international customers, I snub my nose right back at them.

I appreciate the fact that they're aware they're asking alot for their figures so they try to make it worth your while as much as they can but i just don't see it this time with the Cap so i gotta pass on this one i think...
