Spectacular photo shoot as always. This is going to be an instant-buy as soon as I spot one on the shelves.

I NEED that Predator.

They're not terrible, jut loose enough to notice. But I try to be honest.

And the Bone Throne is going to be so, so epic.

Any idea/guess as to how much it might end up costing, and what it will be constructed out of (foam, plastic, etc)?

Not until next Spring at earliest. At this point, I doubt they have any of the details worked out yet. They're probably have to, or are already going over material costs, etc. I believe Randy said they'll have further details by Toy Fair.

As for the actual figure, NECA really went all the way on this one! Wow. I appreciate how these guys don't just sit on their butts (like some other toy companies who don't care enough to improve their work) but actually want to outdo themselves each time they put a new figure out on the market.

Agreed 1000%. I'm primarily stick to the 3.75-4 inch scale but I happily make exceptions when it comes to NECA because of their outstanding offerings. The stuff they make is just too damn good.

I've been trying to limit my buying for the past few months (I buy the SW Figuarts, so it goes fast), but this Predator is definitely joining my collection...

...and that sweet-ass bone throne, plus the Elder from AVP.

I have one on pre-order. This is the first time I thought to myself that I may need two...

I could actually see people buying two of these and using all four whips on one of them. That would be pretty cool.

So happy I preordered this. And this is going to set the bar extremely high since it's my first Neca Predator figure. Cannot wait!

Walked into my local TRU this morning, and *poof* there were the Clan Leader and Scarface, freshly packed out. It appears there's four to each case, as there were only four of each.

While they're both absolutely sick figures, the Clan Leader might just be one of the greatest toys ever made. Pictures don't really convey how awesome this thing is in-hand. Also, the quality control on both figures is great, which is a surprise considering how complex they are and how much stuff they come with...the paint is almost perfect, no loose joints, both stand fine, and I was relieved to successfully remove Scarface's speargun intact from the packaging after Joe Moore noted how fragile the spear tips are in his Concrete Jungle photo shoot.

Anyway, both figures are fantastic. Now I just have to find room to display them! :)

Nice! Yeah, Clan Leader is outstanding top to bottom. The tendrils are so much fun to pose, especially when you attach them to the gauntlets.

I was torn as to where to put the tendrils, and while they look great plugged into the gauntlets, I thought in the neck was a more unique and threatening look. Besides, I have limited room on my shelf at the moment and if they were in the gauntlets the tendrils would increase the space Clan Leader would take up. It was close, however.

Bonus points to NECA for the extra plugs to put into the empty holes (ahem).

Still blows my mind that we're getting stuff like this for only $25.

Especially when you compare the quality of products with other toy companies...

Can't say for other provinces, but it's a big NON here. Fortunately there are great online stores like Canucktibles, Northmen Collectibles, BigBadToyStore and Dorkside Toys to save my collecting habit:D

TRU delayed me order today! Said it was out of stock, even after the pre-order and saying it was found in Stock on the order history. I got on Amazon and paid the extra shipping and it will be here next week. TRU can be so frustrating sometimes. My TRU never has much anyway and they never have Predators. Apparently their online is about the same.
