Unheard of boba fett variant
 

OK guys, back in 1995 I bought this boba fett action figure at a Wal-mart. I was looking for the weird circle variant on the back of his hands (cant remember whether I was looking for the full circle or the half circles) but I noticed later that this particular figure was also completely missing the patch on his upper left (as you view it) chest!
I have looked on and off for years, but never even heard of another such misprint and I am trying my best to figure out what the story is on this...can anyone help me out?

The packaging has always been a little beaten up on the back, and it almost looks like some sort of issue happened where another card was stuck to this one so when it was pulled off it left a bit of an imprint and tore the first layer of paper off the back of the card a little, but the package is completely sealed and has been since I bought it, so it definitely isnt a tampering issue. Im baffled that no one has ever seen one of these before.

Help me figure this out!
