My preference for the teeth would be EITHER to sculpt them all in foam OR (much better) make them ALL shiny implants. Regardless, it is a very cool 'man cave' accessory.

It would be an added bit of coolness if the jaw swings back and forth on its hinges...?

It is! I'm personally not a fan of media that depicts the aliens as anything less than borderline unkillable, but regardless, that'd look cool on a wall among other nerd "artifacts".
