Howdy!

This is the Black Battle Borg from MMPR. One of the big Zords that the Alien Rangers fight in. There was a black one, a red one, a white one, a yellow one and a blue one - one for each ranger.

(My memories of the show past season one are a little sketchy, so I can't tell you much more than that off the top of my head. A google search reveals it, though.)
