Will be able to cut the plastic?
 

I had always considered on getting the bootleg Scarlet Witch for Civil War since she was pretty pricey. Now, I'm going to make this into something else entirely.

So the plastic would be pretty cuttable with scissors? Planning on cutting the hair a bit the jacket a bit.

Do you have a dremel? That might be better.
