Great pics! I may pick this one up. Just like you said, the likeness is too good not to pick it up. Rick, on the other hand, is a bad representation of the character IMO. Not sure why they picked a more clean cut Rick considering he almost never looks like that. Most of the characters are represented with their more current looks, yet Rick looks like he's in his first week in Alexandria. Sadly, Rick being such a weak character in the line has kind of pushed me away from investing more in these.

I do hope they do a better Rick figure in the future. Preferably with a full beard. The worst part of Rick, though, is his neck. The sculpt has the neck turned to the right. If you swivel his head to face forwards, then you see the bottom of his chin sticking out,m like he swallowed a cartoon-ish chicken bone. You have to have his head facing right.

I don't feel too bad picking him up tho. He was on clearance and I wanted him for the shoot with Carl.

The figure looks great. I'll pick up two, so I can display both looks. But, why does Coral have a goiter in his neck? Is his head, like Rick's, intended to be turned?

Yeah. It's not as bad, but noticeable from certain angles.

Yeah that goiter looking neck on Rick is hideous. I don't notice it as much on Carl. They should just have the neck and head sculpted together as one piece. Like the older NECA figures(cult classics)you wont have as much head articulation, but it would look better for sure.
