Terrible movie, but I love these designs and I'm definitely happy to have a chance to buy it for less than aftermarket prices.

Anyway I'm glad they are re-releasing these older items in some way since it was years since their release and lets newer fans be able to buy them. I'm gonna rewatch this one, I haven't since the 90's haha. See if it's worth $150 or whatever it is gonna cost in the end. Now they just have to re-release Rodan and I'll be good.

Yeah, I saw that. Still pretty pricey, so I'll have to go watch a review on him before I make my decision.

Now if they could just re-release Kiryu...

And once again I get to save money by skipping this.

I wouldn't have a problem with this if they were to do some fucking NEW products first. And by new I mean NOT Heisei.

Yeah some Showa stuff would be awesome. I wonder if they're catering to the 90's so much b/c the kids who were young then are now in their prime buying age.

Apparentely, the guy who is now in charge of the line grew up on the Heisei movies. Toho really needs to show him some good Godzilla movies.

Its a shame that SHM won't branch out. I wont be buying repaints.
No doubt this is great for new collectors, but not for me.

Has anyone bought from the Bandai Premium site? Trying to figure out if they take the money out right away upon preordering or when the item is released in Oct?

I haven't yet, they charge $33 per item in shipping FYI. I think going through an JP site might be a cheaper option with these. Glad they're offering it but the shipping is ridiculous.
