Requesting help ID'ing Spawn figure

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and would greatly appreciate help in identifying some Spawn figures. I just purchased a large lot of Spawn figures, most of which are in their original packaging but some are loose. This particular one is over 12" tall and is marked "1997 McFarlane Toys" underneath his foot. Thanks in advance for all assistance.
