Seems like a very weird place to make these exclusive to, but alright.

I believe so on the latter, but the Flametrooper has preposed arms now so he can actually hold his weapon in a manner that a human would. I wish they'd just articulate them instead, though.

C'ai is a different character but the same species as "Ello Asty" from TFA.

And of course they are all two to three dollars more than retail before shipping. This is a part of my love hate relationship with exclusives.
