I’ve been trying to get in contact with Zombie Lab for a while. I did the backer kit months ago and I was all in. I see that many are getting their items but I have not. I look at the backer kit and I see is a credit for my money. I’m beyond frustrated because I know I did my backerkit. I would love to get my all in items (which apparently are sold out) or best case scenario get money back. However no one has responded to me when I send a email on the backer kit.

Have you tried making contact through their Facebook? I know it's not the preferred choice for instances like this, but thoughout the kickstarter I've learned that they are way more active there compared to anywhere else. Good luck!
