Chuck's Reviews Transformers Power of the Primes Cutthroat
Most of the Deluxe Terrorcons are retools of the Dinobots. Cutthroat is the most obvious as he clearly shares parts with Swoop. Unfortunately being a second use of the mold many of his limbs are loose and parts, especially its legs don't peg together well. The figure does have a nice overall look though.
