Store horsemen question
 

Hello,

I preordered the figure "JJUNO THE CRUSHER" from the website "storehorsemen" at the date 4/17/2018.

But still then, I didn't receive any invoice saying that my order was sent.
(as i saw that the figures were already available at bbts and some people reviews them)
So I wrote them 3 times but never received any answer!!

Are they serious? As it's the first time I ordered from them.
And are some of you have received their figure from advent of decay?

I preordered a Vorgus Vermillus back in February from their All Stars 2.0 wave, haven't heard anything since. People have said they've given updates but for the life of me I can't find them. They make decent figures but they're awful at updating customers!

I got in when their very first pre-order went live for their Advent of Decay line (which have supposedly shipped,) only to find that it was mysteriously moved to their second pre-order batch, which won't ship until February of the new year. Yet, they had an in-stock sale on the website earlier this past month, in which people who didn't pre-order were able to purchase their figures directly and receive them in time for the holidays.

So basically, I'm still waiting on my figs that I pre-ordered over a year ago, which were pushed back into a later batch for no reason, while others jumped to the front of the line and got theirs straight up. That's just bad business. Needless to say, I will not be giving them any more money in the future.

As for updates, they are typically given through email if you signed up for their newsletter.

Is it worth it to pre-order? I bought Jjuno during the in stock sale and paid $35 for her. How much was she during the pre-order?
