Hot Toys Avengers Endgame "Fat" Thor & Hulk
 

Hot Toys has shared preview pics on their social media accounts of both "Fat" Thor and "Smart" Hulk. I would expect both of these to be announced this weekend or even on display at SDCC.

I hate what they did to these two characters in Endgame, Thor especially: it's as if there was a deliberate agenda by the showrunners to transform him from a god to a whiny bum. Victory should have gone to him and his friends without shoehorning ersatz "Captain Marvel" into the mix. I hope he's depicted more like his old self in GOTG3.

Probably had to in order to keep Chris helmsworth engaged. He was finding the character extremely boring, and enjoys pushing his comedic talents. Let’s face it, you can’t make race, sex, or gender jokes anymore, marvel is too “woke” for that... but fat jokes are still on the table as ok, coz the second someone complains about body shaming, the response is “shaddup fatty”.

I don't like it either. Thor went from being all super badass with "BRING ME THANOS!" in Infinity War to basically nothing but a joke in Endgame.

They did show off Hulk at the preview night display last night. I don't want to "steal" any other sites pictures, and I'm sure they will be posted here shortly, but just do a search if you want to see them.

He looks ok. Hoping for different heads because the standard face sculpt they show him with is kind of "meh" to me. ANd he's in that grey/pink suit. I really think they would have had a home run if they did him in the outfit he wore at the diner. With the sweater, t-shirt and glasses.

Didn't show Thor that I saw. Maybe they are saving that one. They DID show off a ton of other goodies.

A BUNCH of suits based off the PS4 spidey game, which includes the comic classic iron spider suit, the velocity game suit, and the negative black/white suit. Pretty cool. Lots of others too were shown off to be excited for.
