What's the best way to get rid of a sore throat?

I dunno if it because of the cold windy weather but i always end up with a sore throat and i know its from the stupid cold weather.

i cant keep sucking on peppermint candy everytime but i have noticed my throat goes back to normal every now and then because of the peppermint candy.

there any other way to get rid of a cold sore throat?

Nicotine gum cleared me up back in January.

Absolutely cut out inflammatory food, especially junk food. Make sure you're getting enough immune support: Zn, D3, C, Quercetin, NAC, etc. Do your due diligence.
