That bronze age Batman is excellent. It does Neal's work justice in its exacting approximation. This is, hands down, my favorite look for The Batman.

Maybe its just me but, I see a touch of Trevor Von Eeden Batman in there as well. Primarily the headsculpt with some of the sharp angles.
The description is a little strange too...they get very specific without actually mentioning Neal by name lol.

I see a bit of what you’re alluding to in cut of the eyes and nose on the cowl. Nice dial up, I’d nearly forgotten about him. Didn’t he do some Black Lightning and Outsiders work for DC, as well? Growing up much more Marvel centric, my experience with his art was on Power Man and Iron Fist. He was a talent. His work reminded me of Bill Sienkiewicz before the artist went heavy on the impressionism.
