Why is he all blue/purple? Aren't these guys supposed to be maroon like Shredder and the regular foot soldiers?

He looks cool at least. So do those others in the preview images.

I cannot believe they still haven't released those Mirage Turtles yet, I can't imagine they'd do another SDCC Turtle 4 pack if they're already doing the TMNT3 figures. What's the hold up? I'm not buying any of the Mirage stuff until I can buy the turtles.

Neca needs to re-do the Mirage Shredder because he is skinny as hell compared to the foot soldiers and minions released recently.
