Looks nice. But, it's hard for me to believe that's the best solution they could come up with for the hip articulation design.

EDIT: I see why the interior has to be inset at the pelvis. But it's still pretty unsightly when in more neutral poses. But, the mechanism itself is nice. A very Gundam solution.

All the techy stuff slapped onto that design is an eyesore. It's like slapping modern car boolean vents onto a '50s rocket tailfin landyacht, the aesthetics are totally contradictory.

Totally agree. All these seam lines and surface breaks over what is supposed to be a classic design is just gaudy.
