Strange Figures And Kenner Vehicle

I've just got these 2 strange figures and a vehicle thing and I have no idea what they are.
Obviously one of the figures is meant to be Spider-man but I have no idea about what toy line they are. There's no markings on them.
The grey thing is marked Kenner General Mills Fun Group 1978 and takes a D battery. I think there's another part that's supposed to clip on top which I don't have.

After doing an image search - the 2 figures belong to the 1985 "Super Fantastics" toyline, made by a Spanish toy company Airgam. Found a blog about them.
