Happy New Year all. I love me some DC Multiverse talk, unfortunately much of what has been leaked or shown is not of much interest. Far too many repeats of characters I have plenty of. Possibly looking forward to Cassandra Cain Batgirl and 1st app Batman. Maybe. Everything else is a pass, so I will be looking forward to frequent visits to evilbay to work on older DC collectibles that are of interest (even if the pricing schemes have been elevated somewhat in recent years.) Someone tell Todd I'm looking for Huntress, Cheetah, Power Girl, Zatanna, Golden Age Batwoman, Starfire, Black Canary, Sandman, Hawkgirl, Composite Superman, Superman blue containment, any DC Bombshells heroine. These would be excellent starts.

I'm hoping this year we get another DKR wave but, I dont know, doesn't look too promising with how wave 1 fared.

Who's left/would you like to see? Mutants? Green Arrow?

I would like a proper Batman Begins Batman.

Realistically..
-blue batman repaint
-joker repaint that makes use of the inscribed pattern on his jacket...basically his talk show look. And give him a new headsculpt with a batarang in his eye. Even though it's technically not the correct look, we'd be able to swap heads with the wave 1 joker.
-would not be opposed to another superman with a new headsculpt. Even though, I'm fine with what we got.
And potentially..
-mutant leader, my biggest want
-a son of batman
-regular mutants
-hadnt thought of a green arrow actually but sure.
Probably not likely to happen..
-Harvey Dent with "cured" head, bandaged head and a head showing his "true self"
And no chance in hell of happening..

Page Punchers Ocean Master is perfect once his crest is painted gold whereas the Gold Label one needs his shirt painted metallic purple.

I'm thinking of painting the grey armor pieces on gold. The way it is now is driving my OCD crazy since it doesn't match the rest of his suit.

Those are the only two so far. I've got a Rebirth and Arkham Knight Batman I haven't opened because my space is currently limited.

found owlman at my walmart this morning in miami, there was 8 on the pegs rang $19.87.

no sign of vamp robin yet, still searching.

Saw Animal Man at Target locally. Would have been an easy purchase, excellent detail and colors. But I've got it on preorder and it will be here Sunday with Red Tornado. Can't hardly believe it - I think these are the last of my preorders - and there's so little that McToys has shown or rumored that I have an interest in. Hope that changes. Gonna be a quiet spring and summer without Multiverse characters.

Yikes. What was the original retail on this figure? Just happened to find some missing stock or something? If I recall this was a pretty quick sell out. And they're all over ebay. And now missing stock is available at above retail? Just seems odd.

Nevermind. Just looked it up. It was a $22 preorder. That sold out in, what, minutes? And they magically have back stock available 8 months later at a price of $50. Welcome to crazy town.

Cassandra Cain Batgirl is a hell yes from me.

Animal Man and Red Tornado showed up this morning on schedule from the preorder with Target. Beautiful figures. Thank you Todd. Hopefully won't be my last multiverse purchase this year.

If one day we got an announcement that we were getting a Nicholson Joker and a Pfeiffer Catwoman in the 7" scale, I think I'd fall out of my chair in shock. We don't need another Penguin, since the previous one was pretty good, but those two are at the top of my want list, along with a Batman Forever Robin.

Just waiting on captain carrot to have a wider release. Not thrilled about paying $30 for him so definitely don't want to pay anymore than I have to for him.
