5. Thought it could be M Force, a vintage Rambo knock-off. Hard to clear photos of them and all accessories, though, especially their belts.
The more I look probably not that.

5. Yes the colour looks right, but the pouches look different. I have two of them, so probably it was a piece that came with multiple figures in the same toyline.

16. Is a springloaded launcher. The blade in the back can be rotated.

#7 is the "foot" for an Action Force Roboskull.

#19 is Princess Leia's belt, the vintage Endor Speeder Bike outfit one.
