What are the best superpowers?

I'm trying to create a custom super-hero, but I've probably forgotton more about super-heros and super-powers over the years than I can now remember; so I need some help!

Before we go any further, can I just say that:
TOO MUCH SUPERPOWERS (I.E: 'God-Mode') IS NOT WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR HERE!
(Limits are what makes a 'character/persona' unique, and: 'faults' make the character interesting) (and makes for epic (balanced?/fair?) battles with other super-characters with different super-powers)! The good example (and an exception) that comes to my mind is the: 'Punisher', who has no super-powers but is instead simply as tough AF and doesn't need any.

So...

1. What super-powers do you rate highly, and why?

2. What super-powers do you rate least, and why?

3. What super-hero/villain would you be if you could choose and why?

I'm going to start by answering my own questions and I'm wondering how much this will change in the future after reading (possible) future posts on here which might sway me!

1. What super-powers do you rate highly, and why?
Flight, Some kind of energy blast from my hands, superspeed, superstrength, fast-healing ability. I could say things like: 'teleportation' and: 'invisibility', but; I think they're more 'God-mode' sorts of things.

2. What super-powers do you rate least, and why?
I'd hate to have lots of arms like Dr Octopus or something like that... I'd like my powers to be: 'independent'... I.E:- I don't need a: 'Power Sword' or some outside influence/technology to be able to gain/achieve my superpowers.

3. What super-hero/villain would you be if you could choose and why?
Right now - Superman/girl (because he/she can fly and seems to have most of (or all?) of the other traits I like in a superhero too).
