Looks like a combination of the Scarlet Spider and the Ben Reilly Spider-man/Spider-Carnage costume. Yes, I'm aware that Scarlet Spider and Ben Reilly are one in the same.

Trippy is right, I'm not feeling the blue, it's overpowering the design and colors, I would of went for a more sky blue, or did the spidey logo and webbing in blue for a more subtle look, neat design though.

I like the design, but I agree the saturation levels on the blue tend to overpower the other colors.

Also, it looks like something that would fit right in on USM.
