Seriously? That's Zartan?? I mean the whole half shirt and hood thing wouldn't make a lot of sense, but Sommers is really laying this 007 stuff on pretty thick.

I don't know. I'm still reserving judgement for the most part, but I don't even like Zartan and this kind of annoys me.

I've not been paying a lot of attention to the movie news once I figured out they were using the TransFailures movie as the model to make this Joe flick; so I'm surprised to see Dr Who playing Destro. There's cetainly a lot worse actor fits they could've gone for; but at least they got somebody that's got talent and presence. Dennis Quaid at Hawk is a pretty damned good choice, but the rest and their redesigns look like a big bag of 'meh' to me. I don't think I'll be seeing this flick the opening weekend, regardless of possible money issues, just because I don't trust what I see so far and I'll wait to hear what both fan and non-fan reactions are like.

I already don't like the movie. I hated Transformers.
That Viper looks like Snake Eyes v1.
It's already dumb that both sides will be wearing black in combat.

I'm almost 100% sure thats before the Doctor gets his hands on him.

I hadn't thought about this up to this point, but that is pretty dumb. I just thought that it was stupid that everyone was in X-Men costumes, not to mention the idea of friendly fire in combat.

The Doctor looks totally retarded too. Why did they need to make him look like some Cyber-Punk reject and Zartan is just a slick-dressed guy like Destro?

I really hope this is just an update of Mindbender and not what everyone is speculating on the Tank. The monocle and mind control are his trademark character traits.

Whom do people say it is on the tank? It kind of looks like that kid from 3rd Rock from the Sun, but he's supposed to play CC.....???

The Doctor looks a heck of a lot like Mindbender to a casual follower like me. The description and the look seem right on.

Zartan looks off, though. I'm hoping he gets his face paint at some point, that would make him look more "Zartan" to me. Even if it is just as a part of a camo gear, to infiltrate and eliminate a target or something. He does not look quite right as a sharp dresser.

Christopher Eccleston looks fantastic as Destro though. Last thing I saw him in was Doctor Who so it will be nice to see him as a villain. He's got a good range so he should be able to do that quite well.

Looking forward to Storm Shadow, and hope he takes on Zartan in GIJOE 2
