Okay, this is pretty insane.

I had seen these at Target the other day and they piqued my interest; what's the quality like on the figure?

The ones at Target are 1:18 scale, by a company called Unimax. I believe this one is seven inches or so.

I have three of the small Unimax ones and they are pretty decent.

im trying to see if the torso sits on a ball joint or not. the back pics dont show a cut like the front pic does. xcan anyone tell me if the torso swivels or has the ability to move up and down?

the 3 3/4" inch have a ball joint. they seriously pretty damn cool, get one while you can, you will not regret it.
