the new potc figures suck as far as articulation go.
so i decided to take the head and accessories and make him a new body.

torso: samurai storm shadow
lower arms: Indiana Jones Marion
upper legs: TunnelRat

everything else is from the new captain jack sparrow figure.

the pistol is from the sdcc destro and the sword was some old x-men figure from the 90's i forget his name.
