Need POC Jungle Assault Duke!!!...

I've looked on Hisstank, and have had several people say they have him and then not get back to me after that, so fellow 'Arkers please help!

I'd be interested in Duke either Loose or MOC (as long as he has all accessories) and would love to either trade or buy him (no more than $10 shipped though) If anyone can help me get this figure, I'd really appreciate it.
