I'm not one for photorealistic sketches, or really smooth TV-animation style drawings. I'm just not that good. However, I don't think I'm necessarily BAD.

Anyway, for starters, last night I did a sketch of Iron Man. This morning I inked and scanned it and then colored it on the computer. Then I did a few color variations for fun.

And... Washington University Husky Pride Iron Man.

Then some older stuff I found in a sketchbook, Spider Man, XMO Wolverine, and Deadpool.

Admittedly, the DP sketch kinda sucks.

The Deadpool and Wolverine look great. They really have a lot of weight to them.

omega145 09-09-2011 10:56 AM

I dont care for the first Iron Man drawings but those sketches are pretty damn cool. That Deadpool is actually spot on!

ludovicotek 09-09-2011 11:39 AM

Nice work man. I agree with the others, the pencil sketches are really nice.

warmachine6 09-09-2011 11:54 AM

Boba Fettuccini 09-09-2011 02:21 PM

That's rather ironic... I hate sketching. I hate my sketches. I prefer doing inked cartoon drawings :P

Yeh exactly, well spoken, your art is pretty good, I would say to take it to the next level try and keep all your edges defined and outlines via black marker, pen, ink, pencil crayon, a sketch is something but taking the time and erasing the mistakes, perfecting the lines and adding color and shadding takes it to the next level of awesome. My only trouble is sometimes trying to mess with a sketch that took me 4hrs to do adding color can sometimes go wrong... but sometimes it's awesome.

Here's a link to my gallery, check out some of my artwork, critiques always welcome. I haven't had the time to do much of lately, but I may work on some deadpool artwork soon.

That's exactly what I did with those Iron Man drawings. Sketch, ink, erase, color, etc.

Good work, man. I especially like the Spider-man and Deadpool sketches.

D00MTR0N 09-09-2011 07:28 PM

Now a days there are many children are crazy about the superheros and the above drawing is nice of different super heroes. They also like to wear the costume of the different superheros.
