These pictures give us a good look at the new articulation, but I'm still not sure that will be enough to get me into this line.

deceptifocus 08-22-2009 11:32 PM

another ~3" line..... PAAASSSSSS

scarecrow 08-22-2009 11:49 PM

I love that Captain Atom. Lex Luthor looks really bad.

Specter 08-23-2009 05:13 AM

Will be picking these up for sure. just started this line a few days ago and by themselves they are not the best but the more you get the better.

+you can get the 3packs at TJMax/Ross for $4.99 nothing beats that.

megatronkicksas 08-23-2009 08:37 AM

Shit, those look great

Specter 08-23-2009 12:04 PM

anyone know when these hit?

Snowflakian 08-23-2009 01:35 PM

Nice to see they finally did new articulation for the male figures. They seem actually poseable now.

The female figures are still getting the shaft though, v cut legs, and only swivel arms and head.

They're getting better! The articulation on Supes/Batman look great but Power Girl... why can't they do this right? Another bummer is that they still look a lot shorter than Marvel Universe.

Articulation and detail still look terrible, especially Power Girl.

I'll stick to my Microman Batman.

Id say thats because Hasbro cheated the scale, GI JOEs and Marvel are bigger than the scale they are based on wile these are true to scale making them smaller.

Now if they could add this new articulation to the 6-inch figuers will be in business.

The DCUC figures do have this kind of articulation, save for ball jointed ankles.

Too bad only a few of the figures have full articulation in these sets. Packaging is KILLER!

Specter 08-24-2009 04:49 AM

Id think they are creating the new articulation on females for an important one they think would sell very well Batgirl(Barbara Gordon) new Wonder Woman or something like that. then they have the parts/molds etc.. to do others later.

Or females get the shaft.
