Question on Mattel's Ghostbusters orders
Hi, first of all, hope I'm in the right section, second I hope someone can answer me...
A couple of months ago, mattel re-released some ghostbusters figures such as Ray Stantz. The thing is that I was missing that figure and purchased it. Normally they come inside a nice white box with the logo and character name, but to my surpise, this was not the case. I called mattel and they could not answer if they were shipping without the box or not so they opened a case for me. Now, a couple of months later, they send me another Ray figure for free (...no idea what to do with it...) and surprise: again without the box. So I am wondering if someone know if this is normal or if some jackass is stealing the box just for the fun of it? Thanks for any help. |
The first releases of Winston, Ray and Egon did not ship inside a white box.

I wonder why it was so hard for them to tell me this... |
