how do you do it?

Click on the Multiquote button in the bottom right of a post you wish to quote and the "-" symbol to the left of the word "multiquote" will change to a "+". Keep doing that for every post you wish to quote in your reply. When you've marked all the posts you intend to quote, click on the "Post Reply" button in the bottom left of the thread.

The "Post Reply" screen will come up with all of posts you marked in the new window as quotes. You can then edit the quotes and add your own reply/comments as needed.
