Fingers crossed this design also carries over to Marvel Universe. I wouldn't even mind a whole sub-line of "What If" characters similar to the Secret Wars 2-packs.

Me either. They keep making the blue too light. I loved the CA Iron Man armor when I first saw it in that what if?, but it just doesn't look right on the Iron Man movie line and same goes for this.

Sorry, no clue. BBTS does buy from individuals as well as manufacturers, so there's always a possibility that they will get more of an item in. Your best bet to keep checking their site for availability, or email them about it.
