Amazing Spider-Man Rotocasts Found! (Pics!)
Definitely a random and surprise finding for me. Found these at a Family Dollar in Chicago, IL tonight (well, yesterday) for $10 and these were the only ones they had.

Spider-Man and Lizard are the same height sadly, that's just how they are produced I guess as it reminds me of Thor & The Destroyer from last year. But I think Lizard would look nice next to a 6" Spidey. Spidey's web-shooters are sculpted in. The articulation for both is cut shoulders, legs, wrists, and ball-jointed heads. (And Lizard's tail additionally) The paint jobs on these are fairly well for mass-produced items. Spidey is especially nice because all his details are filled in, including the silver on his boots, and the details on his web-shooters. The red of the suit is matte, while the blue is sort of glossy and looks great in hand. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...l/100_5618.jpg |
How exactly does Peter manufacture this lycra monstrosity of a costume? Much less the web-shooters...

does anyone besides me think godzilla when we see new movie lizard toys? if this is how how lizzard looks in film im dissapointed i will hold off being judgemntal until i see i good picture of lizard in film

These figures suck dick!!! Both should be super articulated, especially spidey, It's like a company selling knives that don't cut, what's the point in buying them? I found the destroyer rotocast to be the exception because's he doesn't run he barely walks he's a brick wall with a death lazer for head lol. but spidey should be nimble and quick and the lizard should be menacing and agile as well, especially with the tail it should of been like 3-4 segments.

Peter's clenching a bit... yikes!

I knew this would make front page!

Not the kind of characters that will be joining Destroyer in my collection. Might have picked up Lizard if he had a few more joints. Even just a waist swivel would have gone a long way.

Am I the only person who thinks the lizard looks like a Goomba from the Super Mario Bros. movie without his coat on. I mean seriously, every toy of him I see that is all I think. Why could they not at least make him a little more lizardy and a little less human, Or at least have a lab coat on.
Scroll down this link. Goomba : HALOLZ |
He looks like a Goomba but also reminds me of that weird lost in space monster thang that the dr turns into.

if only that figure turned out to be of the lizards experiments and not the lizard himself..
i dont get why the movie makers need to make a human/lizard hybred realistic |
Probably not going to get these two due to the lack of articulation. Hope Hasbro does some 6-inches!
