Thanks for sharing the link. Just be aware that it does say 90% new which means that most probably have defects from paint discoloring to having the wrong limbs. I've had good experiences and bad when ordering from these overseas sellers on eBay and its usually a 50% ratio of good to bad. I might pull the trigger on this as he is the only figure left that I need for the sdcc invaders set but on deals like this, you usually get what you pay for.

I don't know how reliable this seller is, but for $13.99 I'm going to roll the dice.

Wow. That was an impulse buy. I've had mixed luck with overseas sellers as well. But whatever I get, hopefully I can salvage a short Baron Strucker and get some use out of the comic style Red Skull head. :)

Tarquinius 06-10-2011 06:17 AM

I've actually had great luck with overseas shippers. All of my loose figures have always been pretty solid. I recently just bought an XMO Astonishing Wolfie :) from China. I'll let you guys know how it comes.

DUDE! If you see another, try to get one for me- that's the SDCC version that I want SO bad!

I rolled the dice on that too. It was $12.99 when I bought one, so maybe they're moving faster than he thought they would... although...

...there's still 193 of these available.

Jason Abbadon 06-10-2011 06:33 AM

Yes, but I dont have an ebay account after a nasty dispute a few years back!
I only wnat one- you can launch your army of red Skulls with only 192!

omega145 06-10-2011 06:38 AM

No- that's the SDCC Namor head - SO worthwhile getting and puttin on the Mu Namor body!

The Sabertooth thing is likely some factory worker just putting scraps together, I'd think.

I never noticed before but Sabertooth has massive cellulite ass! Do some squats, Creed!

omega145 06-10-2011 07:55 AM

Price just jumped to 19.99, haha, no thanks. Ill hope for a future MU Red Skull release.

It's a long shot, but like I said, $13.99 (plus free shipping) is worth a try. I can't afford to get this version of Red Skull any other way, and I don't care that it is opened or missing accessories. That, and if it doesn't show up in a few weeks, I'll just ask for my money back.

omega145 06-10-2011 09:52 AM

Check the delivery time that the seller lists. I don't believe that you can put in for a refund unless that time has passed. Sometimes international shipping can be posted as taking a month or more.

Tiberius 06-10-2011 09:55 AM

Personally, I would just get a new red skull and pop his head on a destro from ROC. Do some painting, bing bang boom.

I ordered one early yesterday and he shipped today. ETA is 6/17-6/24.

For $13-$14, what the hell.. I really like that figure, but don't want to pay the "real" price of it. As much as I like the suit on him, as long as the head is in good shape I'm happy.. I'll put it on the movie Skull figure.

Fingers crossed for some good SDCC Red Skulls for everyone who ordered.

Picked this guy up at Toys R' Us today. Sorry for the crappy phone pic.

jimster2010 06-10-2011 03:35 PM

I picked up most of wave # 2 at Target and Red Skull at the Disney Store. Get this the Disney Store employee actually went in the stock room and got it for me when I asked if they had it. I almost had a heart attack after hearing, "Whatever we have in stock is out in the aisle." all day.

I got my Mandarin from a China seller and it was a great experience.Fast as hell too.

So: I'm hoping this means we'll see them release the SDCC "exclusive" Red Skull like they did that WWII Cap.

brianregan09 06-10-2011 05:09 PM

that custom Red Skull is class man

Autobot_Goldbug 06-10-2011 07:08 PM

My Walmart got some more wave 2 but no Crossbones or Red Skull again.

DogFashionDisco 06-10-2011 11:03 PM

I hope some of you guys got in on this auction while they were selling for $13.99, because the seller jacked the price up to $19.99. Screw that.
