Lol. Sure, but that's what I thought at first consideration of such a battle. Both of these characters are so favored by the writers, I could have said Bats would figure out a way to win.
How about something like, Larfleeze vs a member of the Legion of Super heroes. Don't have his action figure yet, but imagine that Larfleeze just wanted a legion flight ring and battled one or more legionaires for a ring. You would imagine that a being that is over a billion years old and the sole user of the only orange light power battery should be pretty powerful if he is motivated. What do you think?

I honestly thought Wade would have been a little more fanboy-ish about meeting Bats.

Not to mention I cannot stand the "Batman Wins" meme. But that's a topic for another thread. Still, I think it was a great idea for Bats to know about DP's healing factor "thingie" and be a little more aggressive during the fight. And I loved DP's comment about Bats dodging bullets.

You had great/realistic poses! How long did that take you to shoot?

The poses took a while to balance, I don't have stands so it's just good old balance... :-)

I think it took one hour to shoot everything.

Trebleshot, thanks for the advices, I was at work when I post it so my imagination wasn't at a 100%.

Next time I'll do better.
