well todays episode had some interesting reveals

-aqualad is balck mantas son
-he is now evil and working with manta
-hes pissed about tula dying in someway

No, Queen Bee is still alive, she was on the monitor when Black Manta contacted the Lights, and they inducted him as a new member of the Lights to replace Ocean Master.

...but anyways, today's episode overthrows the first episode of season two as best episode in the new season for me! WOWOWOW!

I think that the Young Justice character was developed first but then the comics introduced the new Aqualad who is Black Manta's son. I've just assumed he was since it was revealed in the comics.

Actually the Young Justice comic (which coincides with the tv show and is also considered canon) goes into Aqualad's backstory. It's all out in the open now, but Aquaman basically passed Aqualad off as some other couple's child and he grew up thinking that was his family. Aquaman lied to him which adds fire to the fuel why Aqualad is so mad at Aquaman.

this episode was sooo good! next episodes looks really good too!

I like how they handled Aqualad switching over to the other side. The death of the woman he loved most. It screams out as exciting. Otherwise I didn't care for much else in this episode.

Might be that Aqualad actually used the reveal of his father and death of Tula to go undercover without telling anyone. I think I like it better if he has actually turned but it wouldn't surprise me either way.

Agreed. Given the peaceful nobility that Aqualad carried in the first season, as well as having faced the potential death of freidns and loved ones during missions the team undertook before, I don't buy it.

I can't see him turning bad like that. If he truely blaimed the Team, and Aquaman for those things, I find it more in his nature that he would walk away from it altogether and want nothing to do with any of them anymore. Not betray them.

I too think he's under deep cover.

Still can't believe we haven't seen what happened to Speedy and Red Arrow yet. I'm impatient.

We could figure Roy's path fairly easily from the season finale, by looking at him from the comics. While what happened to him in the five years is a mystery, it's not a huge one.
Likewise, Kid Flash also one can make the reasonable prediction that he may well have moved on to becoming Flash. Again, his fate is a mystery, but not a big one.

The two big ones were Aqualad, and Artemis. And now we know what happened to Aqualad.
And Artemis, anything is possible with her. So she's really the only big mystery left for me that I want to know. I'd like to think, given the episode "Usual Suspects" that she's overcome her ancestry completely.
She's the one I hope for the most, and want to see that everything is okay.

Maybe Artemis pulls an Arrowette and just retires.

I'm hoping one-armed Speedy ends up becoming Arsenal with a mechanical arm attachment. Maybe he'll be doped up on drugs and some good ole' fashion brainwashing.

I hope we see the real Roy Harper mentioned in the next episode too since it will involve clone Roy...they just have to!!!

They should really add spoiler tags for Toyark, anyways there are some reveals involving some of the characters that we haven't seen that will be addressed in the upcoming episode, so definitely tune in!

Just finished the last episode, very epic. I love how they have Batman and his proteges together fighting along side. Aqua lad on the side of the Villain looks tight, hope they keep him that way.
