The red one that came with Scarlet Witch should have been used for Dr. Strange because he was always using the crimson bands of Cyttorak spell. I offered to swap with someone but got no takers.

CCC.

I will get the Groot on sight and probably the Maestro/Lady Deadpool pack but the rest I will cherry pick at cons and ebay.

Kind of a bummer nothing new for 3.75" was revealed at the breakfast today... I would love an angela in 3.75" scale like they are making in 6".
Also hasbro please reveals that friggin skurge!

That's a really nice looking Ultron but, for what it's worth, it is too tall in my opinion. Yeah I know there's a screenshot for comparison but IIRC AOU Ultron was supposed to be about 8 feet tall, Hulk is circa 8 foot three inches and Hulkbuster armour stands at approx. 11 feet. Based on Cap's height of six feet four in AOU, that Ultron would look to be approx. 10 feet tall. If I can find a screencap of when the twins meet Ultron in Sokovia, Ultron looks to be a couple of feet taller than Quicksilver - Aaron Taylor-Johnson is five foot eleven.

It's about as close as it gets on the market, scale-wise but yeah it's a c***-hair out of proportion, the neck is a bit long but is very dynamic.

Sithlord1963 07-21-2016 03:06 PM

OK, I stand corrected - AOU height was variable but between 8 and 9 feet (primary body but he did upgrade and get bigger)so on that basis, I'd say it isn't really out of scale. And congratulations on owning one - that thing ain't cheap!

Universe 07-21-2016 03:22 PM

I only paid about $55 shipping included from Hobby Link Japan; he's an amazing figure my friend!

never seen those figures in my town, the movie lines did not do so good in terms of sales over here,so a lot of mainstream stores have dropped all 3.75" and 6" figures.i can only pick them up in the likes of forbidden planet or if im abroad!

It's great that Hasbro is cranking out these characters pretty fast.

I love Hasbro so much right now.

The new GOTG looks good, I do like the blue on the costumes better then the box set, I may flip it for that.

Autobot_Goldbug 07-21-2016 03:28 PM

just because they are glued 2 to a stand does not make them comic pack figures
Hasbro is just being lazy
only the GOTG figures are comic packs

Yeah I'm hoping they have more to show Saturday (and not just a bunch of trolling). It seems like they are going more towards an animated look. Fingers cross they don't go for a "vintage" look (i.e. 5 POA and crappy sculpt).

Yeah they are. Even that 6" diorama this year looks uninspired like last years.

We actually talked about this a while back. The height inconsistency was what turned me away from it but I just remembered the figure today and I decided that I'd think about it again.

Thanks, dude! I'm definitely considering getting this guy again. I looked at a few reviews of it and I decided that the minor height inconsistency is worth it.

Sometimes I think I'm the only person that dislikes those things. I don't think I've ever used them with a figure. Ever. I have them all in a bag somewhere.

Madame Warlock 07-21-2016 04:30 PM

no phyla-vell, moondragon, etc. :(

That X-23 looks great, though, and I think that might be my favourite Iron Man figure yet. So some hope, but also kinda vanilla choices in some ways. Weird there's still no Kamala Khan.

Madame Warlock 07-21-2016 04:34 PM

6 inch crew are getting Dazzler and Angela... gwwaargh.

Don't care about Angela but Dazzler hurts. Which outfit they making her in?

To be fair, though, MU's effects almost always kinda sucked.

Thanks. Not too bothered by missing out on that outfit. Missing out on the character still sucks.

Say, a while back a poster had an "Avengers mansion" room diorama that was packed with Avengers characters in it. Does that person still post here? I'm curious where they got the furniture and such.

I believe that was Ursa. Unfortunately, he's not in the MU game anymore.

Already made my own so don't NEED one. Banshee is another matter. Moondragon would fill 3 slots: Avengers, Infinity Watch, and Guardians. With Gamora coming out, only Moondragon and Pip are missing from that list.
