Went scouring the stores today to see if I could luck out and maybe come across some Guardians or new X-Men.


No X-Men in sight, although the Guardians Vol. 2 is slowly but surely seeping into Walgreen's. Came across two more Star-Lords today, Vance Astro and Kid Nova (which I picked up). Combined with the Drax at the Walgreen's I work at, that accounts for everybody except for Angela, Darkhawk and Yondu, funny enough, the 3 figures I wanted most from the wave.

The Kid Nova is dope. It's another ANAD Avenger so now I'll just need that Lady Thor and hopefully a new Iron-Man and that lineup should be complete.

The long neck on Jean is a little offputting to be honest, but man does that Cyclops look killer. The TRU set with the girls is pretty cool as well. Definitely some in there I want, though I would probably end up selling off whoever I didn't want.

It's so weird that most of what I'm wanting that's revealed this TF is going to be an exclusive. Aside from Beetle, Jane Foster Thor (and the rest of that Thor wave if true), Rocket Nebula and Deaths' Head, everything else that's a general release, I am planning on passing on.

Still a lot of good stuff just going to be difficult to find. Fortunately outside of that A-Force set, nothing that's been newly revealed has me on overdrive to get either.

On another note, I was in Walmart this morning shopping and saw a lone Captain Britain. I think that's the first time that I've seen an Abomination wave figure in regular brick and mortar.

I hope that exposed shoulder peg is not gonna be a new trend and is just a prototype or my legend collectin days are numbered. That is a terrible asthetic.

You're about 8 years too late. Lady Loki is from the JMS Thor run around 2009 or so.

So pleased with the Cyclops/Dark Phoenix two pack. I hope this comes out sooner rather than later. I love the effect accessory DP comes with and the new head sculpt is awesome. I know people complained about them, but I do wish she still had the heeled boots since that was accurate to the comics. However, that is just a minor nitpick from such an incredible looking two pack.

My Walmarts still have Misty Knight, Spider-Girl from the Hobgoblin wave, White Tiger, Morbius, Speedster, and Beetle. That's it.

Well yeah, if you are that far from them, that would make sense. I've come 3 TRUs close by with the farthest one out about 40 minutes away.

As for Walgreens, um... I've got 38 of them in a 10 mile radius. As such, the exclusives are not an issue for them either.

After Ragnarok he was reborn as a woman for whatever reason, this was taken advantage of when Loki impersonated Scarlet Witch (who was still MIA from M-day) to infiltrate the Avengers. Eventually Loki's gender reset but then he died again during Siege.

Specifically he was inhabiting Sif's body for a while.

It was pretty good, actually. Very happy to see they're finally doing a figure of her.

The "official reveal photos" (that also tend to be used as back-of-package photos) always have exposed pegs that are never there on the final figure. I've noticed it since I started collecting Marvel Legends back in 2015.

Gonna say the only thing I'm disappointed in is not seeing more of the (first?) Thor wave. Even though there's a bit I'm not interested in, there's a bit I am as well, so I'm not disappointed by the things I'm not interested as I know there are many people who are.

That's really my only "complaint", as it is. I think this was a great show, not as amazing as last years with the X-wave and nothing near SDCC last year but still one of the better Toy Fairs on a whole.

Just a Question. Why would there be a COSMIC Spiderman? Being COSMIC is way beyond what Spiderman could do. Kinda made no sense to even have the name Spider in your Identifying name being COSMIC. You could literally do anything and doing something that a Spider could do would seem very Sub par in the Cosmic sense.

From what I remember, cosmic spidey happened when the Uni power inhabits Peter Parker, giving him cosmic powers but its just a one time deal and other characters (superheroes and civilians) have been a host to it as well.

Yah. I remember that bit when i was in school. Thought it was a neat lil story.

Cosmic Spider looks like he decided to design his costume after a snowcone.

Just had a Target run, and was surprised to see they received a case of GotG Legends. Unfortunately, it was the GotG wave from two years ago for the first movie. Thought about grabbing Richard Rider Nova since I past him up before, but with them back up to full price after I past them up on clearance I'm not sure it's worth it.

I did find Yondu and Vance Astro at a Walgreens nearby, but so far that's it for new Legends in the area.
