Yeah at least the ones in my area got them, well up North from me, although they're pretty much gone now, but at least I know some collector's got them which is great.

Now that I've had time to digest the reveals, gonna drop my thoughts about them.

-GOTG Wave 2-
Honestly going to be passing on most of this wave, though there's a lot of cool stuff here. My wife likes Adam Warlock, so he'll probably get picked up, and maybe Death's Head II if I can get a good deal on him (would really prefer the original though, yes?). Nebula's a buy, but for a friend rather than myself. Other than that, skipping out. Mantis is cool, but I doubt I'd hunt down the rest of the pieces.

-Spider-Man Homecoming-
Also a mostly-pass wave, though Moon Knight and Beetle are solid locks to add to the collection. No major interest in the movie figures in that wave, with Homemade Spidey being an exception (though not enough to want to pay full retail for him). Not going for the BAF either, so I'm saving some scratch.

-Defenders-
A really cool wave thus far, but another mostly-pass. Jessica Jones for sure, but of the rest, Punisher's the only maybe (he's cool, but I don't feel like I need to own him). No need to have another Daredevil (especially that costume - if it had been the all-black outfit, I'd be singing a different tune), and I'd much rather prefer a new comics Elektra.

-Thor-
Gotta get that Jane Foster Thor. She's only been wielding the hammer for, what, close to three years now? Finally getting some 6" plastic representation.

-Exclusives-
This is where the money's going. Sue was already a lock, but that Johnny Storm looks impressive enough that I may get him after all (and here I thought I'd only get Sue and Ben if the team came out... ah well). The Groot Evolution was already in the bag for me, as well. As for the packs, definitely getting the Dark Phoenix set, and probably getting the SPidey/MJ set, both to support civilian releases, and because I'm actually in the minority that like the ANADM costume. Skipping the Ult. Spidey/Vulture set because there's zero interest. And A-Force...

I made a sound only dogs can hear with that reveal.

There is not a single figure in that pack that I wouldn't buy as a single release, so to have them all together is just making me ready to explode. Hell, when the lowest on the list are the new She-Hulk and Lady Sif, you know that you've got a good pack. I will pay whatever I need to.

In non-Toy Fair news, finally snagged a Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan)! So happy to have her at last. If anyone needs that Sandman torso (or other BAF parts), let me know - I need a few parts to finish up Dormammu!

put in the DCPI for Target(You have to know this but you can get it from tags in store if you don't know) It's 087-06-5418 for X-men.

Only problem is it's all X-men so if they have some from the old Juggernaut wave they will show up. Only thing you can do really is go to the stores, check what's there and then keep an eye out for more stock when it hits. It worked for me yesterday.

I saw 8 figures at my store. Went in and they had a couple iceman, jean and kitty figures for a total of 8. Checked the next day on brickseek and it showed 16. I went in and they had 2 of the new Warlock figures on the pegs. I did see a guy grab a couple right before me. I checked brickseek again for another target down the road, showed 22 available. Went down there and the guy pulled a case for me. So it can work so you're not driving all over the place looking.

Well, 1/2 the battle won. Lol. Just gotta find Cyclops,Colossus,and Sunfire as they were gone. Logan was there but had no interest in him.

I don't know those. I looked on Target.com and it does show DCPI's for figures they have available. They didn't have either one of those waves.

Not sure. Maybe a damaged box,swapped figures they can't sell something along those lines? For inventory it has to be in system but they can't sell it.

Went to several different Targets. Complete bust as far as the X-Men go. I checked on Brickseek for one Target and they said they had 11, so I figured some of them just might be the new wave. I go there and I see just Rogue, Kitty and Phoenix. Asked the guy in the back if they had more and he said they don't and that numerous people have called asking for the new figures. This wave, I might just end up pre-ordering off of BBTS tbh.



Wasn't a total loss, though. Did go to a 'local' (a.k.a. 50 minutes away) comic book shop and saw Yondu and Darkhawk there so I picked them up. Yondu was easily my most anticipated figure next to Angela from the wave (who I have pre-ordered on Amazon just in case I can't find her at retail). I've just got Vance Astro, Angela and Drax left from this wave.

Given that every wave in the last what, two years have been 7 figures, why would Thor be 6 all of a sudden? Unless the wave that I've seen floating around, quoted, is the wave of 7 figures, just like all the others?

We've had several 6 figure waves recently. The Abomination, Giant-Man and Space Venom waves all come to mind.

I hear you. One Target around here says they have 16 in stock and 14 saleable. That's like double any other store. I called them looking for Cyclops or Colossus and was told they don't have them. I'm still tempted to just drive there and check for myself lol.

Yeah, not only have there been plenty of 6-figure waves (as mentioned by SymbiSpidey), we've also had a couple 8-figure waves (Juggernaut, Dormammu). 7-figure waves have been far from the entirety of Marvel Legends.

I probably should have done this and saved myself the gas money because that Target was pretty damn far lol

I picked up all but Cyclops and Dazzler. I am not really interested in Sunfire and Polaris but I needed the BAF. Those two are still in their packages.I like the Colossus bearded head though. They did great with that

Took some shots of my Marvel Legends Star Lord :D <3 I want to definitely complete the team and take pics! The joints are great on my Star Lord you can get him in any flexible pose! Also the guns strap on to the sides very well.

So I love this Darkhawk figure even though I know next to nothing about him outside of what a quick wikipedia search has told me. What teams has he been apart of?

Targets in the south KC area are a total bust as usual now. I doubt they have restocked Legends since Christmas either. The one by my apartment has even downsized their Legends area.

There are a few that people here use. I am not sure of the specific ones used in those photos. Obitsu stands are used by many of us. Check Hobby Link Japan.

Could be on hand but the street date has not hit or it could be that some are in a returned or damaged status and not able to go on the sale floor.

New Warriors, Loners, Project Pegasus and Secret Defenders. He also had his own solo book (one of my favorites from my childhood) and was also a major part of the War of Kings/Realm of Kings arcs. He is technically the one who killed Lilandra of the Shi'ar although it was the AI personality of his suit that took over rather than Darkhawk himself. I would honestly be really interested to see what a skilled writer could do with the character as he has been a bit player for quite a while now.

He was also a member of the West Coast Avengers for a small time and teamed up with Spider-Man, Nova, Moon Knight, and Night-Thrasher for a pretty cool story arc.

Ah cool. I did not know about that one. I will have to look into it.

Going hunting tomorrow to find Dazzler and Sunfire. Pray that fortune smiles upon me.
