Doom, stop complaining about your little siblings so much. They're just trying to have fun.

Boys, don't react to him so hard. You're only egging him on.

Now if that's all settled, apologize, finish your dinner and go do your homework.

Too funny mate!!

Haha, not my primary reason for travelling there but the fact that I went to the convention and found some of these awesome figures was great... did a fair bit of other stuff too! Haha.

[QUOTE=Ninjinister;299375]Thanks! I'm still learning this "action sequence" stuff, so to get a complement from someone who is good at it, means a lot!

[/:o Thanks! The trick is to avoid wide shots, it is very difficult to make every figure look good

Smells like a shill bidder. no way anyone in their right mind buys that fig for that price. looks like a phantom bidder (err, someone close to the seller) stepped in to make the auction "believable."

eBay is so wack sometimes.

Boba Fettuccini 06-04-2012 09:30 AM

Yeah, the ceiling ebay price on these things seems to be about $30 ish. No idea why someone would pay $100 for one that would take half of their life to get here from China... but then, people have been buying common Legends figures from him for $29 with $20 shipping, so go figure.

Optimus Vader 06-04-2012 09:33 AM

I've noticed a few of the ScarJo figs that have "sold" for $40+ seem to end up being re-listed.

NEW MARVEL UNIVERSE FOR PREORDER!!!!!
Marvel Universe 3.75" 2012 Series 01 - Set of 5 - Marvel Figures (Hasbro) Marvel Universe 3.75"

Leaving negative feedback under a positive feedback is actually against eBay's rules unfortunately and though many people do I wouldn't risk it. You can limit your buyers with low feedback, unpaid items and 2 or 3 other options you may feel are questionable about potential buyers

Really that's against the rules? Ebay and there lame rules, they seriously should put back the negative remarks back for seller's.

eBay is so wack sometimes.

It's just a buy it now. Might as well list at a a million dollars. Nobody's going to buy it. Runruntoys usually has all the HTF stuff first but their prices have gone crazy over the years. BTW, got the package!

I like the look of the first one but the second is more 'recognizable'

I second this, first costume is nicer looking in overall design IMO, but the 2nd costume is definatley more iconic and reconizable.

So do the first one:p

uberlad 06-04-2012 02:19 PM

Heroguy, I can't see your pics! I really want to see that Stan Lee, too :).

Also, I want to cast my vote for the yellow Hellcat. Modern costumes are for suckas.

I passed on the Walmart 4 pack today for the 2nd time; I know I'm going to regret it. I had to talk myself out of it. I already have Hawkeye, Loki, and 6000 Iron Mans. I've got the case with Hulk on preorder from BBTS, so all I would be doing is spending $30 on a hulk sneak preview....I still regret it.

Finally, whatever happened to the 4 for 20 sales? I don't want to cause any issues, so PM if that would be the case, but I really miss those. Spending my extra cash on retail-costing figures nets me way less toys to play with :).

Should have picked it up for an Arker at least...

If anyone needs this...http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/p...74&mode=retail
Not sure how many are left to preorder though.
