No one here doubts your integrity LM especially me but I just feel some things should be handled in private if that don't work put them on blast just my opinion

He stated he was sick and lost 20 lbs he's always had good feedback I'd give benefit of the doubt and his response was gracious and he offered restitution my opinion is either take his offer to send figure back + cash and his apology or wait for the trade now that he is well and not trade with him again

I don't like that you guys had your little squabble so openly, but sometimes doing something like this in public can help keep the toy collecting community on the right track, even if it was all just a simple misunderstanding. I've had several solid trades/sales with Tiberius and worked with Shockwave/Lord Marvel as well, so this is probably just one of those special cases. Lets move on and remember that they're just toys. Fucking awesome toys.... but still.

on one hand I REALLY agree with LM...your word is all you have on these forums as you dont really know anyone unless you personally hang out with them, so all you have is what you say, and I believe you should always honor your online arrangements...

I for one personally take pride in my internet feedback and trades...

But on the other stuff can happen, and as long as the communication is open, and both sides end up happy all should be good.

It's worse up here as Canada Post seems to only try to deliver packages half the time. My wife is home all day and she often finds "missed" delivery notices in the box. They only try one time here and then you have to pick it up the next day (usually at a near by drug store). They have a separate person that goes around to deliver packages but I know for a fact they don't even take the packages out of the truck most of the time. My current job has me upgrading utility meters house to house so I see these guys every day just walk up and leave the notices then walk away. I'm guessing it's a policy for them.
