My son said, " I always want to have the biggest HYDRA in the world Dad. If we built it to 30 troopers, someone else can too. No one would be crazy enough to go to 50 troopers Dad. Can we?" I'll tell you, it almost brought a tear to my eye!!! YES son...we ARE that crazy! Going to sell his huge collection of Playmobil knights to finance it.

20 a pop for hydras???damn that is crazy.

Jackieboy 07-01-2015 03:15 AM

even though there has been drop in articulation i like that doc ock and vulture, the new figures are not all that bad....okay i draw the line at goosesteping avengers and IM figures, lol.

jedirulz123 07-02-2015 01:43 AM

Got my new Vision head from Vort aswell. It fit brilliantly on a JL Cyclops buck neck, so I snipped one off and stuck it on my Spider-Man/Vision custom. I think it looks pretty damn good actually

And UKMU, I need your address to send off the heads, and your mailbox is full. Again.

I changed the upper legs from a spare jubilee i had to my black cat to give her sligtly more articulation. I need to mold the fur on her legs and wrists to make it more legends like

The vulture to me is like a McDonald's happy meal toy. I`m tempted to get another avengers assemble falcon and swap the head and do a full repaint

Does anyone have any pics of the back of the new doc Ock fig also are the tentacles removable and would it be possible to get a pic of them removed and what the ends look like

Pilkster 07-02-2015 06:58 AM

Also, all my orders are complete so I have some spare time, If anyone is interested in a custom MU figure or base stand or even a diorama hit me a PM for some photos and hopefully we can go from there. the more orders the more discount.

ukmu 07-02-2015 10:47 AM

i will snap some shots tonight after i put the lad to bed....

ukmu 07-02-2015 10:53 AM

The film version of The Vision looks good buddy! Sorry.... my inbox teems on the brink at all times...I need to sort it out.

My Black Cat has the droppsies on her hip as well. She is pretty lame, but alright enough. i wish i didnt find her at my local Sainsbury's sometimes.... Because of her i got Sandman, and because of him i got Doc and Vulture. After Elektro variant, Kingpin Garage Kit, Carnage, Anti-Venom...and all the rest of the rouge gallery, finding her cost me about £200 quid buying Spidey villians that I swore I wasnt getting into.

ukmu 07-02-2015 11:24 AM

and nice Marvel JIM JAMS jedi.... ;)

Pilkster 07-02-2015 12:15 PM

Heard that people had been finding the Ant-Man Marvel Legends figures in UK Toys R Us stores over the past couple of days so I went and checked mine today. Sadly none but I did spot the new Marvel Infinite Series wave in there. £11.99 each.

Is it bad that I only want the Legends movie Ant-Man for the tiny movie style Yellow Jacket figure?

Perhaps we can magic up a custom using Iron Spider parts and a sculpt head. I'm not sure if I much care for his Doc Ock arm attachments though, they look weird.

Not really. I hope we get a normal-sized ML Yellow Jacket in the near future. I don't like just having figures of the heroes. Gotta have some villains for them to fight! I think Yellow Jacket's movie costume is amazing too. I think it would be a shame for us not to get a fully poseable figure of him.

I used a Death Star Commander head, stole the recipe from Figurerealm.

No! I want it too...

Then again looking at the prices for the SDCC exclusives prices on eBay is enough to make one weep...

will have to take a peek at FPs star wars figures see what they have, jedi.
im surprised that disney store have not stocked the doc ock wave yet,but they have the select hulkbusters, anyone thinking of using this with their 3.75 hall of armors?

Panthro1978 07-07-2015 03:53 AM

Just seen Doc Ock in my local John Lewis - had two of him.

TheLongestDay 07-08-2015 01:28 AM

Went to my 2 local Home Bargains to pick up a CA:TWS Falcon but they were all out at both - with no sign of a space/price tag so I guess those are gone for good now :(

They still had plenty of those 5 poa Spidey and IM3 figures though...ugh.
