same here in L.A. ... i've hit up the few WM's in my district and NADA. a bunch o crap, actually. always a shit ton of SW and crappy Spidey line... no UP Spidey's though, which speaks volumes for scalperpalooza round these here parts.

one WM employee in toy section last night told me the 6" Avengers have not arrived, but have been ordered. she said they'll drop during their next reset, most likely... and that they have been getting "a ton of calls" regarding the aforementioned.

as soon as she said they've been getting calls, that's when i knew it was over.

If anyone needs a 4-pack i have one up for trade/sale..

I stop at a walmart here every morning on the way to work.. and every morning they have toy boxes being stocked right then. So I can't miss out. I skipped monday and tuesday of this week because I was running late to work with traffic and went today to find.. cap and iron man 6 inchers.. FML

Your guys Walmart is the same as mine:p Also didn't realize UP Spidey is a hard one to get, saw him once actually, next time I see him I'll grab it for someone. Although close up he didn't look too great, but def. articulated.

I have 2 still in my BST. I think he comes like 1 or 2 in a case. Hes only showing up in the Targets in my city. WM in my area didnt seem to order the case w/ UP spidey

Happened to me a few times... even after getting the idiots to scan the peg tags with their PDA's, which I'm convinced are retail's version of the Magic 8 Ball.

Numerous times I was told "a case is on order, but isn't enroute yet" then I stop by the next day and there's two IM sitting there. Another fool who scanned for me told me "we're getting our first shipment in on Wed" .. well, they had already gone through a few cases at that store, but his pda somehow told him otherwise.

This shit is so weird.. complete opposite by me. Walmarts got them, but no Targets.

In case anyone cares; this is what the display case that the UP Spidey & non-UP Lizard come in. This is a separate case from the original comic t-crotch wave.
