I was really happy when I finally found a good deal for Annihilus- it was a long wait... Now I need to talk about Ronan....Missing Ronan makes my heart hurt when I see my cosmic shelf without him! lolz.
The throne for Galactus came about because he was too tall for the shelf. I had just bought a new lamp for the bedroom and it had a massive styrofoam packing insert that looked just enough like a big ass chair that a little cutting, gluing, and painting would fix my space problem....

Bo Ttef, did your darkhawk have that blemish on the left side of his mask ?

That Galactus throne is pretty awesome. How did you get the skirt piece off?

I'm not Bo Ttef (obviously), but I've just been noticing people talking about that blemish on Darkhawk and just wanted to add that mine, too, has it. I think it might be where the plastic was injected into the mold for that piece of the head, considering how it looks, and how consistently I've heard people mention it.

I looked over three Darkhawks when I got mine, two of them notably had the blobs and the one I got still has a little mark there. It's obviously something with the mold but there are degrees of how bad it is (or isn't).

thanks guys- re: Darkhawk's face... If it's that tiny little chip in the edge that looks like a mold spru notch. if that's the blemish everyone is talking about then "yes" mine has that tiny little nick in his mask too... But i only even gave it a thought because i was wondering if that was what the complaints were about. I wouldn't have even gave it a second thought otherwise.
re: Galactus' Skirt. I cut it off with a razor along an edge so that it would be easy to glue back together if I decide to display him standing up. I have the torso piece of the BAF Galactus that I intended to cut up to make a "sitting" skirt but saddly have never got around to it.

All my stores have Avengers or Spider-Man tags . Daredevil and Punished are part of Spider-Man. Picked up Punished yesterday on sale.

Same for me. I am moving to a place with zero toys around. I wasn't planning on buying anymore toys. I freaked about not having toy stores around and started buying everything I saw including crap I already had.

Found Drax to complete Titus at another Walgreens, but they got smart and put him under the correct pricing. I sucked it up and just bought the arm online. I already have Drax from the old wave. There are a couple Spider-Man waves that they have.

Anyone have a lead on a cable for the Apocalypse BAF, or the tentacles for Omega Red?

I picked up one of those Gladiator figures last year. I don't want to think about what I spent, but it's my favorite figure.

so he runs between $30-$50 on ebay to get him either new or with the tentacles at least... Do you Facebook? I use it for groups and one I'm part of The Fodder Box is all about loose pieces to trade... might want to try something like that.

Awesome Cosmic shelf Bo Ttef! Your Supreme Intelligence looks great! As for Darkhawk, it is an awesome figure! Yes there is the blemish we have been discussing and I am not entirely thrilled with how they did the wings but it is still a really nice figure. Easily my favorite of the wave from those I have seen in person.

i want those cosmic figures too...(your Gladiator had me a lil' Jelly too...haha)....but i'm trying to be patient.

After not seeing any new Marvel Legends around for a couple months, I just found a ton. I found the new GotG Vol 2 wave (all of them but Angela and Nova) and Evolution of Groot at my nearest TRU about a week ago, and bought Darkhawk and that Evo. of Groot, and today at my nearest Target I found some of the new GotG Vol 2 wave (2 Star Lords, Nova, Drax, and Yondu) and some of the Spidey wave (Ms. Marvel, Shocker, Jackal), and I got all of those except for one of the Star Lords, Drax, and Yondu (I wasn't quite satisfied with that Yondu's eyepaint, and I didn't want to spend too much money all at once).

What do you guys think of the Jackal figure? It's another one that I had no intention of getting, by it looks damn good and I might change my mind.

I've only had it for about an hour, but it's a pretty cool figure. Its base body will probably be used for a 70's-style Beast.
